Window Tinting
Residential and commercial window film for heat, glare, fading and privacy.
South and west-facing glass turns a room into a greenhouse in July and fades everything in it year round. Film is the cheap fix, and it is far less disruptive than replacing windows.
Cutting solar gain in the rooms that overheat, and glare on the screens you actually work at.
Protecting floors, rugs and furniture from the fading plain glass does not stop.
Frosted and one-way films for bathrooms, entries, sidelights and street-facing rooms.
Storefronts and offices, not just houses.

A fault gets traced to a cause and explained to you. Swapping components until the symptom stops is not troubleshooting, and you pay for it twice.
Alex is a bonded and insured general contractor who has been in the tile and electrical trades since 2006, trained through the JATC apprenticeship program.
Electrical, cameras, CAT6, repairs, painting and tinting from the same team — so you are not project-managing four contractors around one house.

Alex responded, scheduled estimate, and did the job same day! He's very knowledgeable and nice. Worked around some issues for installing ethernet and got a great finished product
Alex, did a great job installing 4 more outlets. Then, he tested all of our older outlets to verify they worked and suggested installing GFCI outlets in the kitchen and bathrooms to make them safer. He was very fast on his responses and was able to start the project the next day.
He managed to perform a quality hack repair to my old gas cooktop to give another year or to its lifetime. I do appreciate his proactive and creative thinking to find a solution for me as a customer. He also took care of the electrical issue with the outdoor lights and switch connection for them.
The onsite technician, Alex, noticed one of the wires was frayed and he was able to resolve the issue with a permanent fix! They put a lot of pride into their work and we now have one happy customer. Would HIGHLY recommend them!
Window Tinting — questions we get
Will film void my window warranty?
Some manufacturers restrict film on certain glass units. Tell us the window brand and we will check before applying anything.
Does it have to be dark?
No. Modern spectrally selective films reject a lot of heat while staying close to clear.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Kirkland and work across Seattle, Bellevue, the Eastside and north to Snohomish County — 40 cities in all. Seattle and Bellevue are our two biggest markets.
How do I get hold of you?
Text or call. That is genuinely the fastest route — Alex answers his own phone. We can take an email address if you would rather we wrote to you, just ask.
Do you do service work or full projects?
Service work is what we do, residential and commercial. Remodels and general contracting are available as an add-on when a job turns out to be bigger than it looked, but they are not what we lead with.
Other things we do
Finding the fault, then fixing it. Outlets, switches, lighting circuits, dead legs and the breaker that will not stay in.
