Alex responded, scheduled estimate, and did the job same day! He's very knowledgeable and nice. Worked around some issues for installing ethernet and got a great finished product
Alex, did a great job installing 4 more outlets. Then, he tested all of our older outlets to verify they worked and suggested installing GFCI outlets in the kitchen and bathrooms to make them safer. He was very fast on his responses and was able to start the project the next day.
He managed to perform a quality hack repair to my old gas cooktop to give another year or to its lifetime. I do appreciate his proactive and creative thinking to find a solution for me as a customer. He also took care of the electrical issue with the outdoor lights and switch connection for them.
The onsite technician, Alex, noticed one of the wires was frayed and he was able to resolve the issue with a permanent fix! They put a lot of pride into their work and we now have one happy customer. Would HIGHLY recommend them!

Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — there is a minimum call-out for coming to a job, unless you have already been given a bid. That is why batching your small jobs into one visit is worth doing.
Do you work for landlords and property managers?
Regularly. Turnovers, make-readies and ongoing maintenance across a portfolio are a normal part of the work.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Kirkland and work across Seattle, Bellevue, the Eastside and north to Snohomish County — 40 cities in all. Seattle and Bellevue are our two biggest markets.
How do I get hold of you?
Text or call. That is genuinely the fastest route — Alex answers his own phone. We can take an email address if you would rather we wrote to you, just ask.
Do you do service work or full projects?
Service work is what we do, residential and commercial. Remodels and general contracting are available as an add-on when a job turns out to be bigger than it looked, but they are not what we lead with.
