Something stopped working.
We find out why, then fix it.

Electrical service and troubleshooting first — then the rest of the list. Repairs, camera installation, CAT6 cabling, lighting, appliances, painting and tinting, from one crew that turns up and answers the phone.

Diagnosis before parts

A fault gets traced to a cause and explained to you. Swapping components until the symptom stops is not troubleshooting, and you pay for it twice.

Bonded and insured

Alex is a bonded and insured general contractor who has been in the tile and electrical trades since 2006, trained through the JATC apprenticeship program.

One crew for the whole list

Electrical, cameras, CAT6, repairs, painting and tinting from the same team — so you are not project-managing four contractors around one house.

Why it matters

The fault nobody can find is the expensive one

Half a room with no power. A breaker that trips on Tuesdays. Lights that flicker when the dryer runs. The costly version of this is a run of guesses — a new outlet, then a new switch, then a new breaker — each one billed, none of them the problem.

Tracing a fault is a different skill from installing a circuit, and it is the one Alex has been doing since 2006. We find the cause, tell you what it actually is, and fix that. Then, while we are already there, we work down the rest of your list — the door that sticks, the TV that needs mounting, the ethernet run you have been putting off.

How it goes

Four steps, no surprises

  1. 01
    Text or call

Tell us what is going on. Photos or a short video help more than you would think, especially for anything electrical.

  2. 02
    A close bid, fast

We give close bids over the phone, from photos or on a video call. For a bigger project we come out and look properly first.

  3. 03
    The work

Done properly, work areas protected, and finished as agreed rather than left at ninety percent.

  4. 04
    Walk it with you

Everything demonstrated and tested before we leave — including the phone app, if the job involved one.

Alex responded, scheduled estimate, and did the job same day! He's very knowledgeable and nice. Worked around some issues for installing ethernet and got a great finished product
Vera B.Wiring installation · April 2026
Alex, did a great job installing 4 more outlets. Then, he tested all of our older outlets to verify they worked and suggested installing GFCI outlets in the kitchen and bathrooms to make them safer. He was very fast on his responses and was able to start the project the next day.
Samir R.Electrical and wiring repair · June 2025
He managed to perform a quality hack repair to my old gas cooktop to give another year or to its lifetime. I do appreciate his proactive and creative thinking to find a solution for me as a customer. He also took care of the electrical issue with the outdoor lights and switch connection for them.
Jae L.Electrical and wiring repair · January 2026
The onsite technician, Alex, noticed one of the wires was frayed and he was able to resolve the issue with a permanent fix! They put a lot of pride into their work and we now have one happy customer. Would HIGHLY recommend them!

FAQ

Common questions

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Kirkland and work across Seattle, Bellevue, the Eastside and north to Snohomish County — 40 cities in all. Seattle and Bellevue are our two biggest markets.

How do I get hold of you?

Text or call. That is genuinely the fastest route — Alex answers his own phone. We can take an email address if you would rather we wrote to you, just ask.

Do you do service work or full projects?

Service work is what we do, residential and commercial. Remodels and general contracting are available as an add-on when a job turns out to be bigger than it looked, but they are not what we lead with.

How do you price a job?

Mostly by bid. We can give you a close bid over the phone, from photos or on a video call, and we come out to look at anything of size. There is a minimum call-out for coming to a job unless you have already been given a bid.

Are you insured?

Bonded and insured, and Alex is background checked through Thumbtack. Ask and we will send the details across.

Do you do small jobs?

Yes, and they are best batched. Most of the cost of a very small job is getting someone to your door, so a list of five things costs far less than five separate visits.
